A: All ammunition shown on our website is in stock and ready to ship. Browse our categories or search for your type of ammunition to see if we have it in stock.  If the ammo that you are looking for is not listed, either we do not carry it or it is out of stock. Please bookmark and check our website frequently to see if your type of ammunition is in stock.

Q: When will (this type) of ammo be available / back in stock?
A: Currently it is hard to estimate when we will be getting your requested type of ammunition in stock due to high volume ammo sales in the U.S. Please bookmark and check our website frequently to see if your type of ammunition is in stock.

Q: Why is the picture of the box of ammo on the web site different then what I received?
A:
 Manufacturers have the right to change their packaging without consulting us. Most of the time we don't even know it changed until we get the new packaging in. The pictures on the webpage are a representation of how the box may look. It is in no way a guarantee of the size, shape or color of box you will receive. We will guarantee that you will receive the type of ammo you purchased. 

Q: How do I know my transaction will be safe?
A:  Our online shopping cart and security technology ensure the safest and most reliable checkout experience for our customers.

Q: What happens after I have placed my order?
A: A confirmation email with your order details will be sent to the email you entered when placing the order. Once your order ships, an email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email you entered during the checkout process.

Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: Click Tracking under Order Information located in the menu at the bottom of our website, sign in with your email address & password, and click on View Order Status for a list of your most recent orders and their status.

Q: Where is my ammo? How long does it take to ship an order?
A:  Most orders are processed & shipped out within 48 hours during normal business hours and can take up to 4 days or longer after that for delivery. Please refer to our Shipping policy page for more information on our shipping process.
